Simple answers about safety, setup, items, plugins (RocketStats Overlay, Workshop Map Loader), offline use and item visibility.
RLPeak does not inject into Rocket League and does not run code inside the game. Windows V1 works as a desktop file workflow with local backups.
RLPeak is still a third-party tool and is not affiliated with Psyonix or Epic Games. We cannot guarantee how game policies may change, so use it at your own discretion.
No. V1.1.0 ships a full plugin system on top of the existing item tools.
This release includes RocketStats Overlay for MMR tracking and Workshop Map Loader for browsing and loading workshop maps — both without runtime injection or memory editing.
No. RLPeak is not BakkesMod and does not require BakkesMod to run. It is a separate Windows companion platform with a different technical approach.
V1.1.0 includes item tools, RocketStats Overlay and Workshop Map Loader — all without runtime injection or memory editing.
RocketStats Overlay — MMR delta, win/loss/streak, multiple overlay themes, scale/opacity/position settings, click-through. Reads from Rocket League's local Stats API.
Workshop Map Loader — browse and search maps by name or author, load through the mods folder without touching Labs_Utopia_P.upk, hot-swap after first setup without restarting the game.
Yes, that is the direction. The plugin architecture is open so future tools can plug into RLPeak with consistent UI, settings and release expectations.
V1.1.0 ships RocketStats Overlay and Workshop Map Loader. More plugins can be added in future releases.
New Windows apps can trigger SmartScreen or antivirus warnings, especially before they have reputation. RLPeak also downloads item assets when you click Apply, which can look unusual to security tools even though the files are not executed.
Download only from the official website or GitHub release page. If you are unsure, wait for more public testing or inspect the project before running it.
No mass download happens on startup. RLPeak loads catalogs, then downloads item files only when you click Apply. Downloaded items are stored in a local cache for reuse.
RLPeak needs internet for the startup version check and to download uncached item files. Items already cached can be applied again offline. Reset also works offline because it uses local backups.
If Rocket League is already open, decals and wheels may need a refresh step. Equip a normal item first, leave the Garage, apply the item in RLPeak, go back to the Garage, then equip the RLPeak item again.
Boosts work differently: after applying or resetting a boost, restart Rocket League to see the change.
RLPeak stores its state, cache, catalogs and backups locally in its AppData structure. It does not require an account.
Cached items are reused so the same item does not need to download again.
RLPeak restores original Rocket League files from local backups. Reset does not need internet and does not download anything.
No public V1 build is planned for macOS or Linux. RLPeak V1 is focused on Windows 10 and Windows 11.
No. RLPeak is a 3rd party application for Rocket League and has no rights to the game Rocket League. All material about Rocket League belongs to Psyonix, Inc.
